Your 15-Minute Thanksgiving Day Fat-Burning Workout

There is nothing better than Thanksgiving Day: turkey, potatoes, stuffing, gravy, candied yams, and five different varieties of pie! However, if you're concerned about gaining weight while enjoying the feast, your best option is to exercise just before you eat.

Due to this, we have put together a fat-burning workout for Thanksgiving that just requires 15 minutes of your time.

Your body is burning more calories than it was before a workout because your muscles require nutrition to rebuild themselves, you need glycogen to recharge your energy, and you need to.

If you work out hard before eating, those calories will be used for repair and recovery rather than being stored as fat. Thankfully, you don't need to work out for two hours to get a great exercise; all you need is 15 minutes!

You can lengthen the duration of this fat-burning exercise, raise the weight you use, or tally how many sets you finish in 15 minutes and then beat that total during the subsequent 15-minute session to make things more difficult.

This incredible routine works both your core and a variety of lower body muscles. Compared to standard barbell squats, it is simple to perform and less demanding on your knees and lower back.
